Dr. Rupp received his undergraduate degree with honors from Taylor University with a dual majoring in Biology and Psychology. He then received a Master's in Counseling with a focus on childhood and adolescent behavior and family counseling. He attended the Medical College of Georgia where he received his Doctorate of Medicine and graduated with honors.
Dr. Ned T. Rupp is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is currently in private practice with National Allergy, Asthma and Urticaria Centers of Charleston, P.A. as well as a clinical Associate Professor at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Dr. Rupp is currently involved in a large number of research areas, especially focusing on asthma and indoor environmental allergen controlled methods. He has published numerous articles and presented many abstracts on these subjects at various regional and national meetings. He is actively involved in lecturing to residents training in the department of Pediatrics and Family Medicine as well as the Physicians Assistant program.
